1. All items will be shipped within 24-72 working hours after Payment made
2. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are ship out the next working day.
3. Kindly update us as soon as payment made to speed up delivery process.
4. we will PM / Email / What's app / SMS when item(s) shipped out or running out of stock
5. We accept Self-Collect (meet up at certain area) to save your shipping cost, .
6. Area covered for self collect: Klang, Shah Alam, Subang, Petaling Jaya only.
7. Estimated delivery time to major cities and towns within Peninsular Malaysia usually takes 1 to 3 business days, while delivery to East Malaysia or remote rural area would require 2 to 5 business days or more.
8. Delivery Time based on Estimation (we try to ship out as fast as possible)

WARRANTY & SHIPPING POLICY
WARRANTY
Warranty is only for manufacturing defects.
POLICY
At SKL Perfect webstore, our customers are protected by our 7 days refund and return policy start from the date of receipt. If you are unsatisfy or received defective or incorrect purchased item, you may return it to claim a new replacement, exchange or refund.
Anyhow, all return must be made within 7 days following the date of receiving of the product and customer must bear and pay for the full returning cost.
The packaging should also be in original condition and in original shipping container as received by the customer. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund from us.
SKL Perfect will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost or any damage during shipping or return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their product's refund or exchange within 5 to 30 days after the confirmation.
Returns and Refunds
RETURN PROCEDURE
Customer must comply with the returns procedure set out below:
Upon receiving your parcel, please take a photograph of the parcel before unwrapping. Any return due to faulty or damaged products must be sent along with this photograph and also with your order number/ ID.
When returning a product please also state whether you would like a refund, exchange or a replacement sent out.
IMPROPER RETURNS
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy:
We will not refund or exchange the product;
We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and
If we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
